Alpha Delta Pi was founded on May 15, 1851, at Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia and is regarded as the oldest secret society for college women in the world. Today, there are 161 active chapters throughout the United States and Canada as well as over 260,000 collegiate members. The Texas Tech Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi, Epsilon Epsilon, was chartered in 1966.
